Description: A regal looking gold plated brooch with scroll designs and dangling needle pieces. This brooch has an absolutely wonderful large glass dome cabochon stone that is a marvelous deep turquoise green color. The scroll work is set with clear rhinestones and small round aqua cabochons with some variation to their color. Three brushed gold dangles give this heavy brooch its movement. Signed "Hattie CarnegieŠ". Brushed gold tone back.
