Description: Necklace, signed 'Japan' on the hook clasp. Elaborate and unusual vintage 1950's ivory and peach colored faux pearl torsade with a beaded centerpiece and long tassel. There are both matte and shiny finish ivory faux pearls and two shades of peach faux pearls in the 8-strand torsade and 12-strand dangling tassel. The beaded centerpiece features all shades of faux pearls along with dangling peach crystal bead and peach art glass beads and a larger peach faux baroque style pearl, all wired onto a gold tone filigree backing. The strands of the torsade are clasped onto gold tone filigree cups with extender chain of linked faux pearls in both the peach and ivory on both ends, very short on one side.
