Description: Brooch, signed 'Trifari (with crown over T)', 'Pat Pend' and the number '15' stamped on the back. Design was patented in 1945 by Alfred Phillipe for Trifari and advertised as 'Jewels of Tanjore'. This glass moonstone version is shown in A Tribute to America by Brunialti, page 121. Sterling vermeil 'Circlet' set with large glass moonstone oval cabs at the bottom of the circle and smaller sapphire blue cabs at the top. Ruby red rhinestone oval, triangle, baguettes and a navette accent with clear rhinestones.
