Description: Trifari late 1940's gold washed bud fur clip, an earlier version of the 'Fantasies' bird from the 1960's. This bird in flight is a gold washed fur clip, as opposed to brushed gold plated brooch. The bird has a pale blue glass moonstone belly, pavé set clear rhinestones at the base of his tail, around his neck and top of his head and along the outer edge of his wings. Eye is set with a tiny red rhinestone. Signed 'Trifiari' with crown over the T on the clip, and 'Pat Pend' on the back.
