The large flower is on a black twisted wire stem with a cobalt blue rhinestone navette leaf and has large dark sapphire blue oval glass petals and small light blue and bright cobalt blue rhinestones on wires in the center as stamens, The earrings have a matching sapphire oval, cobalt navette and small cobalt and light blue rhinestones, also in black jappaned setting. Probably Austrian.
