Description: Sterling vermeil double pins, also called a chatelaine, a pair of hearts attached by three graduated lengths of chain, one heart quite large and the other smaller. The larger heart has a row of unfoiled hexagonal shaped amethyst glass stones inside and the edges of the heart are set with clear rhinestones. The smaller heart only has one amethyst stone and only one side is edged in clear rhinestones. These double pins were extremely popular in the 40's, worn on suit lapels. Brooch, marked 'Sterling' on both pins.

Condition: Very good, gold wash mostly worn off larger heart
