Description: Coro Adolphg Katz bumble bees duette; patented in 1942 as a 'separable brooch' this pair of gold plated sterling bee fur clips are joined to form the brooch. The bees are enameled with black legs and head, yellow and grays on their bodies and wings and set with clear rhinestones. Signed 'Coro Sterling Duette', 'Pat No 1798867' on the duette frame and 'Sterling' on each fur clip.
