Description: Trifari vintage gold plated simulated pearl and clear rhinestone "Concerto" teardrop pendant; narrow rows set with tiny clear rhinestones drip down forming the large teardrop and the rows switching to set wth different size off-white faux pearls and then pooling at the bottom. The bale is set with more tiny clear rhinestones. The pendant originally was on 12 strands of gold plated chain and had a Trifari hang tag.
