Description: Antique early 20th century carved shell cameo sterling silver ring; the right facing woman's profile is carved in medium high relief with her hair combed back and a flower at her temple. The cameo is mounted in an embossed sterling frame with metal beading down the band. Stamped 'Sterling' on the inside of the double band.
