Description: Vintage DeLizza and Elster Juliana layered pinwheel style brooch; the base layer points are made with blue-green aurora bumpy glass lava navette stones and a trio of light blue rhinestones. Large light blue and clear round givré glass stones between each point. The top layer has four lava stones around a large givré stone alternating with light blue rhinestones. Silver tone metal, all stones prong set, attributed to DeLizza and Elster Juliana.
