Description: Vintage Wilhelm Goetz C&G Manufacturing Co.Retro gold plated duet, or separable brooch, designed to look like ribbon or a sash gathered in the middle. The center and edges are pavé set with clear rhinestones. The two dress clips come apart to be worn separately or joined together on the pin mechanism to be worn as a brooch. Only mark is the PAT No 2045385 on the mechanism, 1936 clip design by Wilhelm Goetz as Assignor to C. & G. Manufacturing Co., Inc. of Providence RI, Chusmir & Goldenberg Mgf. Co., in business through to the mid 1950's.
