The centerpiece is a natural lapis oval cabochon, nearly 1", and it's set into a gold washed Chinese filigree frame with blue, green, yellow and red enameled diamonds decoration around the border. That piece is mounted into an oval 10k gold frame on an intricate interlocking link band with a push-in clasp and safety chain. Band, clasp and frame test positive for 10k gold.
