Description: Middle Eastern vintage silver filigree hinged bracelet, the top half has 3-dimensional filigree tulips on either side of the central flower. The band is tapered, wider in the center. Hinge is on the side with a pin clasp. Purchased in Israel. Test inconclusive for sterling.
