Description: Trifari vintage sterling vermeil and jeweled cuff hand fur clip; the hand is gold washed sterling silver and wears a wide clear rhinestone ruffled sleeve edged with a row of invisibly set sapphire blue square rhinestones. Her ring is set with a large emerald green glass oval cabochon. Signed 'Trifari' on the clip and 'Des Pat 138203' and 'Sterling' on the back, patent filed in 1944 by Alfred Philippe.
