Description: Austrian vintage black japanned metal jet black and emerald green rhinestone starburst brooch; a large black round rhinestone surrounded by slightly smaller black rhinestones is in the center of three layers of short, medium and long rays, rhinestones on thick black wires. All of the rays are rows of black rhinestones tipped with an emerald green rhinestone at the ends. Signed 'Austria' on the back.
