Description: Czech vintage tiered teardrop shaped brass dress clip; a large faceted garnet glass teardrop shaped stone is on top of two stacked tiers lined with garnet rhinestones. The tiers have brass bead decoration between them and all stones are prong set. Attributed to Czechoslovakia.
