Description: Hobé black bead torsade necklace, a total of 20 strands of black glass seed beads strung through an extremely large cinnabar bead carved in an Asian inspired design. The strands are attached to gold tone caps on each end with a locking clasp. The clasp was patented, used by several makers and dates this necklace to 1970's. Signed 'Hobé' on one side of the clasp and 'Patent '3427691' on the other.
